Carrot Dumplings III

Cooked boiled morek with egg yolk, egg and salt, mixed with grated hard cheese, coarse flour and pepper, the dough formed into dumplings, those cooked in soup for 6-8 minutes.

Ingredients:

100 g of cooked beef turkey bone 80 g of coarse flour 20 g of grated hard cheese 20 g of grated hard cheese 1 piece of egg yolk 1 piece of egg pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Beat the cooked morek with egg yolk, egg and salt
2. Then stir in the grated cheese, pepper and thicken with coarse flour
3. Form the mixture into small dumplings and drop them into the boiling soup, then reduce the flame and cook for 6-8 minutes, then serve.
