Carrot bags

ingredients

200 g semi-coarse flour 200 g grated carrots 100 g butter 1 packet baking powder strawberry jam powdered and vanillin sugar for sprinkling

Combine all ingredients except jam into a dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator to rest for 2 hours.

Roll out the dough and cut out rounds to fill with jam.

Fold them in half and press the edges well.

Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes

Finally dust with icing sugar.
