Carrot, Apple and Flake Breakfast

Although they are commonly available in stores, you can try a change and prepare your own fruit treat. Our recipe is made with apples, carrots, honey and flakes. You may be wondering why we added flakes as well, as they are not normally added to breakfast cereals. The reason is simple. The snack will be a bit more nutritious because the flakes add extra fiber, manganese and many other beneficial substances.
