1500 g carp 100 g carrots 500 g onions 300 g sun-dried tomatoes 100 g vinegar to taste salt to taste pepper
procedure
1. Boil for half an hour, add a portion of carp and cook on low heat for another 15 min. Then remove from the heat and leave to cool. 2. Transfer the fish to another container, strain the broth, add finely chopped onion, dried tomatoes and ground pepper. 3. Pour the sauce back over the fish and serve properly cooled.
