1000 g carp to taste salt a little ground black pepper 100 g solidified cooking fat 2 tbsp capers 3 tbsp lemon juice
procedure
1. Salt and pepper the carp portions, fry in heated fat on both sides and transfer to warmed plates. 2. Add the capers to the fat in which the carp were fried, fry them and pour them over the carp portions, which are then drizzled with lemon juice. 3. Serve with boiled potatoes.
