1. Cut the cleaned carp transversely into horseshoes about 2 cm wide
2. Rub the fish meat with garlic rubbed with salt, then roll it in flour mixed with paprika (2 parts sweet and 1 part hot)

Serve the carp prepared in this way with bread or variously prepared potatoes.
