Carp po jewish II.

Karp po jewowsku, the original name of this Polish recipe.

Ingredients:

1 kg of caper 50 g raisins 0.2 dcl beer 4 pcs of whole pepper 4 pcs cloves 1 tsp

td>lemon peel butter vinegar salt

Post:

1. 1. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chopped onion, pour in the beer, add the spices, put the carp portions and simmer under a lid for 15 minutes
3. Remove the finished fish, let the sauce thicken, add the raisins and lemon zest, boil for about 5 minutes
4. Put back the fish portions, reheat them, serve with potatoes.
