1,5 kg carp 100 g butter to taste salt 100 g onion 30 g plain flour 2,5 dl red wine a little ground black pepper 1 pk lemon

1. Place the chopped fish on this base and simmer everything together for about 15 min. 2. During the stewing, cover with red wine. Put the stewed fish on a warmed bowl. 3. From the remaining butter and flour, prepare a light roux, add it to the fish juices, simmer and strain the finished fish. 4. Serve drizzled with lemon juice.
