1 pk smaller carp 1 pk lemon a little oil 2 pk coloured peppers 2 pk tomato 1 handful of olives 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp parsley 200 ml vegetable broth to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 KL fish seasoning
step
1. Wash the carp thoroughly, sprinkle with salt, fish seasoning and lemon juice on the inside. 2. Layer the cleaned and cut into smaller pieces Vegetable Recipes in a baking dish. Place the carp on top, pour the broth over it and bake. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
