Carp on beer
ingredients
1000 g carp to taste salt a little ground ginger a little plain flour 100 g solidified cooking fat 1,5 dl light beer 1 tbsp breadcrumbs 15 g butter
procedure
1. Salt the washed and dried portions of carp, sprinkle with ground ginger and flour and fry in the heated fat until golden. 2. Pour beer over the almost cooked carp, add breadcrumbs and butter, add a little water and finish cooking. 3. Serve drizzled with juice and with boiled potatoes.
