1000 g carp 1 pk onion 1 pk parsley 100 g butter 250 g sterilized mushrooms 15 g ground red pepper 2 dl fish stock to taste salt 3,5 dl cream 15 g plain flour
procedure
1. Clean the carp and cut into portions. Make a fish stock from the head, back and tail. 2. Fry the chopped onion and parsley in butter, add the sliced mushrooms and simmer until soft. 3. Then add the minced red pepper, pour in the fish stock, season with salt and thicken with the cream in which the flour has been whisked. Bring to the boil, pour over the carp portions in the baking dish and bake in the oven. 4. Serve with boiled potatoes garnished with green parsley.
