1500 g carp 50 g honey 50 g raisins 50 g onions 100 g carrots 50 g parsley 20 g gelatine to taste salt a little whole pepper
procedure
1. 2. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, pour off some of the stock and dissolve the soaked gelatine in it. Heat, stirring constantly. Then add the honey and raisins. 3. Cool the broth and pour it over the pieces of carp, spread out on a dish with the cooked carrot rings and garnish with parsley.
