1. Cut the carp into 3 cm-thick portions, brush them with lemon juice, season with salt and coat with the batter made from the beer, egg and flour. 2. Place the wrapped portions of carp on the grill and grill for 8 min. 3. Top the single portions of carp with thin lemon wedges and garnish with green parsley.
