Carlsbad goulash
ingredients
400 g beef hind 1 pk onion 1 pk bell pepper 40 g lard 1 KL minced red pepper 20 g plain flour 1 tbsp butter 2 dl cream to taste salt, broth
step
1. Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the chopped meat and fry. Then set aside, add the minced paprika, pour in the broth and simmer. 2. Add the sliced peppers, season with salt and pepper. Finally, thicken with dry-roasted flour and simmer. Finally, soften with butter. Serve with cream.
