1. Cook the washed, diced tomatoes until soft in beef broth
2. After a while, add the spices, juice of 1/
2 lemons, a piece of thinly sliced rind of a well washed lemon, white wine and continue cooking
3. After a while, thicken the soup with starch flour dissolved in Madeira and cook for 2 minutes more
4. Squeeze the soup, salt, pepper, sweeten, heat and serve in cups, garnished with whipped cream.
