Caramel schuhajdy

ingredients

100 g dark chocolate (at least 70%) 50 g vegetable fat 200 g caramelized salko 100 g ground walnuts decorating (lentils, nuts)

procedure

1.

Melt the chocolate with the fat over steam. Place a layer of chocolate on the bottom of the prepared cupcakes and allow to set a bit.

2.

Mix the malt with the nuts. Put a spoonful of filling on top of the chocolate and pour over the chocolate. Again, allow to set a little and decorate the top.
