6 tbsp granulated sugar 250 ml whipped cream 1 can salko caramel 1 can salko plain 3 dl rum 2 dl vodka

In a larger saucepan (2 litre), burn the sugar to make the caramel. When the sugar starts to caramelize, turn the heat down to low. The caramel must not turn brown, it would be bitter.

When it is a nice caramel, pour in the cream and let it melt over low heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat and once slightly cooled, add the caramel salsa. With a whisk, dissolve it in the caramel cream until smooth.

Then add the plain salko whisk and add the alcohol.

Mix and strain into bottles. Refrigerate.
