Caprese salad with salmon

3 pcs green tomatoes 1 pcs mozzarella 350 g fresh salmon without skin lemon olive oil salt ground black pepper balsamic vinegar 4 sprigs fresh basil

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella first, and slice the salmon into thin strips (like sashimi).
