Recipe preparation
1 Put the minced meat (pork and beef mix) in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, ground sweet paprika (preferably Hungarian) and finely chopped onion. 2 Then shape the meat mixture into rolls (length depends on you, but should be 2-3 cm thick), which you fry in a pan with hot salt (it must not float in the fat, just a little) on all sides, evenly and without taking too long, so as to keep them juicy. 3 Serve with potatoes or bread, and on the plate there should be a dash of mustard and chopped onions, or even a little fat from the cevapcici. 4 No binding agents such as eggs, breadcrumbs and flour are needed, as the main thing in the cevapcici is the minced meat and the paprika.
