Cantonese Chicken

Roasted slices of chicken breast marinated in a mixture of starch, glutasol and eggs, fried and then sautéed with Vegetable Recipes and roasted hazelnuts.

Ingredients:

700 g of chicken breast 200 g cabbage 50 g hazelnuts 3 pcs pepperoni 1 pcs eggs 1 pc of leek 1 dl of stock 5 cl soy sauce 3 tbsp ketchup 2 tablespoons of starch 1 teaspoon of glutasol vegeta citron oil salt

Post:

1. Slice the breasts, add the egg, some of the starch, glutasol and a pinch of salt and mix everything together, let it rest
2. Cut the cabbage into cubes, boil, cool with cold water and leave to drain in the net
3. Slice the leeks, finely chop the hot peppers
4. Fry the prepared meat in heated oil until light pink, drain off some of the oil and add the Vegetable Recipes, hot peppers and dry roasted shelled hazelnuts
5. At this stage, pour the broth over the dish, simmer for a while, add ketchup, sprinkle with lemon juice and pour in the dressing made from soy sauce, broth, the rest of the starch and vegeta

Note:

Glutasol: Not a seasoning, but a flavoring agent used in most dishes, soups, sauces, savory omelets, sausages. It must not be cooked for a long time. It has no taste of its own, but it enhances every flavour.
