Candy perks with poppy seeds

250 g plain flour 250 g semi-coarse flour 1 KL baking powder to taste baking powder to taste water as needed approx.200ml 1 cup jam to taste poppy seeds, milk, granulated sugar

Once in a while we also have a sweet lunch. It was too sweet for me. 1. Make a dough with the above ingredients, roll out to about 3-4 mm. 2. On half of the dough, put a spoonful of jam, so that we get perks of the size we want. Cover with the other half of the dough, using a cookie cutter or a rolling pin to form the feathers. 3. Place the feathers in boiling water, cook until they come to the top. 4. When you take them out of the water, drizzle them with melted butter and sprinkle with any sprinkles. 5. Make a poppy seed mixture with milk, poppy seeds and sugar, boil briefly.
