Candy perks with nuts

ingredients

1/2 kg coarse flour 1 pk egg a little salt a little water 1/4 kg plum jam 80 g butter 80 g ground nuts 100 g powdered sugar

procedure

1. Prepare a dough from flour, egg, salt and water and let it stand for about 15 min. Then roll it out on a floured board. 2. Place a dollop of jam on half of the dough, cover with the other half, push the dough around the dollops and use a knife to cut out and make balls. 3. Cook them in boiling water, remove them, pour butter over them and sprinkle with ground nuts and sugar.
