This is a great and easy recipe from my neighbor Zofka who cooked in the post-war period for the fallen soldiers and at the bourses. Enjoy this delicacy and don’t forget that fallen soldiers enjoyed it too. With a smile your Žofka.
1.
You will only need crompéle flour and a heart-warming sip of jam. Boil the potatoes (don’t scrub) just wash them with water, then mash them and mix them with the flour just by eye until they stop sticking.

Use a spoon to scoop out the jam and make balls, then drop these into boiling water for 10 minutes and you’re done!

Mix the potato with the flour until it stops sticking

If you happen to run out of jam while cooking, don’t worry about it, the enjoyment is the same.
