Candied mushrooms

Candied bread baked in butter, topped with cream sauce.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 600 g of cleaned chandanut 100 g mushrooms 50 g butter 1 dl of sour cream lemon juice salt

Procedure:

1. Put them in a buttered baking dish, cover with butter pieces and bake them at 190-200 °C until tender, basting frequently with hot water
3. Remove the portions, pour the liquefied cream into the juices, bring to the boil, add salt and acid and strain into a sauce pan.

Recommendation:

Supplement: Boiled potatoes or rice and a vegetable salad.
