250 g kohlrabi 30 g fat 50 g plain flour pcs grated nutmeg pcs ground black pepper pcs dill pcs salt 1.5 liters water

procedure

Clean the uncooked kohlrabi, cut into thicker pieces and cook separately until tender. Make a light fat and flour mixture, dilute it, season with salt, add the cooked kohlrabi and boil well. Season with nutmeg, pepper and chopped dill.
