500 ml whipped cream 50 g granulated sugar 1 pk vanilla sugar 50 g cocoa

Excellent chocolate cake in a proven recipe – step by step:
1.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then beat in the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, then the egg yolks, then the water, oil, cocoa and sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake tin with a diameter of 26-28 cm and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. C for 30 minutes. After baking, remove the top crust, it soaks in the jam better.

Cover the cooled body with jam and place banana halves.

Prepare the Parisian whipped cream in the evening and finish the next day. Whisk the sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa in a little cream, pour in the rest of the cream and cook until it starts to boil, set aside and refrigerate the cooled whipped cream for at least 12 hours. Then whisk well and spread over the bananas.

Wipe and drizzle the chocolate icing over the whole cake.

Slice the cake when well set.
