500 g semolina flour 70 g sugar 50 g oil 20 g yeast 2 pcs egg 500 g potato 3 dl milk 100 g powdered sugar to taste lemon zest, salt

1. Put the sugar, oil, salt, egg, yeast soaked in lukewarm milk into the flour and make a dough. Let it rise. 2. Boil the potatoes in salted water, strain, press through a sieve, add the icing sugar, about 0,5 dl of hot milk and make a porridge. Then add the egg and zest. Roll out the dough, place it in a greased tin. Spread the porridge over the dough and bake.
