Recipe preparation
1 CORPUS (2 baking trays) 2 Whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff, then beat in the egg yolks one at a time, add the oil a tablespoon at a time and finally stir in the flour and baking powder or cocoa powder by hand. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 150 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool. 3 CAKE M: 4 Boil all the ingredients, except the malt, to a sweet porridge (mix the flour and pudding with a little milk and pour it through a sieve into the remaining milk). 5 ORNAMENTS: 6 Make the ornaments, the forest and the ear out of marzipan. 7 STEP: 8 Stick the shells together with the cream (you can add marmalade if you like). On A3, trace the outline of the horse’s head, cut it out, place it on the last shell and cut out the shape with a knife. Cut where the head joins the neck. 9 Crumble the rest of the dough into a bowl, mix it with some of the cream to make a stiff paste.
