5 pcs eggs 300 g semi-coarse flour 200 g butter 250 g powdered sugar 1 dl milk 1 pk baking powder 1 tbsp cocoa

I adored this recipe as a child when my mother baked it for us. Sometimes she would change it up by putting fruit on top, depending on the season, and we would have a bubble cake, two-toned.

Beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks,

Specially beat the egg whites and stir into the beaten butter.

Add flour,mixed with baking powder and milk.Mix.
4.
Place half of the dough on a greased baking sheet,whisk the cocoa powder into the rest and place on the baking sheet as well.
5.
Wipe and bake.
