1 double espresso 1 pk vanilla pod 2 vanilla ice cream 2 tbsp grated chocolate 2 tbsp crushed ice

I have this coffee at my cafe, especially in summer.
1.
Place the double espresso and the marrow from the vanilla pod in a blender, add the ice cream, crushed ice and blend briefly.
2.
Pour into a glass and garnish with shaved chocolate.
