Caesar salad
ingredients
2 pcs chicken breasts 4 handfuls romaine lettuce 50 g parmesan cheese 4 toasted bread 1 tbsp butter 1 clove garlic to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil for toasting
Salad dressing:
2 pk egg yolk 2 pk anchovies 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp sunflower oil 2 tbsp parmesan

1. Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the pressed garlic and stir the butter well. Remove the mixture from the heat, cut the bread into cubes, pour it into the butter, mix the bread cubes and pour them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden. 2. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut each into two slices. Season them with salt and pepper and fry them in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing in a tall bowl using a stick blender. It should have the consistency of mayonnaise. 4. Then just wash and tear the lettuce, add the croutons, sliced meat, chunks of parmesan and drizzle or mix everything straight with the dressing.
