Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a large pot, boil potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes, or until tender.
