Cabbages
Rising dough filled with sautéed cabbage, shaped into cakes, which are baked in the oven. Recipe from Jihlava region.

Procedure:
1. Put the flour in a bowl, pour in 1/
3 lukewarm milk in which you have crumbled the yeast, add 1/
3 sugar and mix with a little flour into a thin dough
2. To the risen sourdough add the salt, the remaining milk, the melted fat and the sugar, stir everything into the dough until it does not stick to the side of the bowl
3. Let the dough rise
4. Cut the cabbage into noodles, put it in the hot fat, add salt, sugar and pepper, pour water and simmer until the cabbage is dry
5. Roll out the dough into a sheet about 4 mm thick, cut into squares and lay the stewed cabbage on it
6. Wrap the individual pieces, press them into thin cakes, brush them with fat and place them on a greased baking sheet
7. Bake in a moderately heated oven at 170-180 °C until golden brown.
