Cabbage with eggs as brains

Cooked kale chopped small, sauteed with onions and mixed with eggs fried in bacon.

Ingredients:

Range for approx. 4 prce: 650 g of casserole 320 g of egg 50 g bacon without skin 50 g bacon 50 g fat 12 g salt 1.5 g ground black pepper water with salt to boil the cabbage

Procedure:

1. Rinse the cleaned cabbage under cold running water, quarter it and cut out the hard centre (stem), then cut it into smaller pieces, squares or shorter noodles
2. Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard until golden brown, splash with a little water, add the prepared cabbage, add a little salt and pepper and simmer until almost tender, stirring occasionally

Recommendation:

Serve variously prepared potatoes or pastries as a side dish.
