Cabbage Svítek
Soup coating.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the cabbage and squeeze out the water
2. Remove the egg whites, beat the yolk in a bowl with about 30 g of fat
4. Whisk the egg whites with a hand whisk
5. Stir in the kale, fat and yolk, breadcrumbs and a little milk, then season with salt and pepper, add the crushed garlic (1-2 cloves to taste)
6. Finally, stir in the snow. If the batter is thin, thicken with a little breadcrumbs
7. Bake in hot fat in a preheated oven
8. Cut into pieces and serve in soup.
Recommendation:
– Baking powder can be added to the dough to make the dough lightly crumbled (gain volume).
