Cabbage soup with sour cream

ingredients

2 litres beef broth 20 g lard 20 g plain flour 250 g cabbage 2 dl sour cream to taste salt

step

Put the chopped cabbage into the broth and season with salt. Make a roux from the lard and flour, cover with water and bring to the boil. Add it to the cooked cabbage and boil together. Finally, add the sour cream and stir.
