Cabbage soup with smoked

Peppery pinkish soup with sour taste with meat.

Ingredients:

1.5 l water 250 g of smoked meat 450 g of sauerkraut 250 g potatoes 1 pc small onion 3 g fat cumin pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Wash the meat, cover with water and boil
2. Once the potatoes are soft, add cabbage, fried onions, diced meat, pepper and mix well.

Recommendation:

Serve best with bread.
