Cabbage soup with smoked meat II.

Cream soup flavored with smoked meat, sausage, cabbage and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

200 ml whipping cream 20 gground pepper 30 g smooth flour 40 g of bacon 100 g of flour 250 g smoked flank 400 g cured white cabbage salt sugar ground pepper 4 tablespoons oil 4 pcs dill sprigs 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc onions water

Procedure:

1. Wash the smoked meat, boil it until tender, remove it and let it cool, chop the peeled onion into small pieces and slice the peeled garlic cloves
2. In a saucepan heat the oil and the bacon cut into small cubes, add the chopped onion and garlic and stir fry, then add the ground paprika, stir, sprinkle with flour, fry briefly, pour in the strained smoked broth, whisk with a whisk and bring to a boil
3. Drain the cabbage, cut it into smaller pieces, put it into the soup and cook it over a low heat until tender, season with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and the pickled cabbage brine
4. Then put the diced meat, sliced sausage, into the soup, let it come to a boil and finally soften with cream and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
