Cabbage soup with smoked meat

500 g sauerkraut 250 g smoked pork belly 150 g potatoes 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 1 pk onion minced red pepper

Put the pork belly in a large pot of water to cook, when it is semi-soft cut it into cubes, put back in the pot and add the cabbage too. On a low heat, cook until almost tender.

Rind and wash the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, add them to the soup and cook until tender.

Melt the lard in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion until golden. Add flour, paprika and fry briefly.
4.
Thicken the cabbage with the sauce, let it boil once more and set aside.
