Cabbage Soup with Rice

Kale noodles fried in hot lard, covered with lightly salted water, brought to a boil, then added to the soup a bouillon cube and rinsed rice, cooked until soft, finally soup seasoned with soup spices and salt, served sprinkled with grated cheese.

Ingredients:

300 g of capon 50 g of grated hard cheese 50 g lard

50 g rice 50 g rice 1.5 l of water 1 pk of vegetable stock soup seasoning salt

Procedure:

1. Clean, rinse and cut the cabbage into noodles
2. Heat the lard in a saucepan and fry the cabbage noodles, then pour in water, lightly salt and bring to the boil
3. Then add to the soup, the bouillon cube, rinsed rice and cook until the rice is soft
4. Then season the soup with soup seasoning and salt 5. Serve the finished soup sprinkled with grated cheese.
