Cabbage soup with puree

1 cup sterilized white cabbage 1 pk homemade sausage 1 tbsp lard 1 tbsp plain flour a little ground red pepper 2 cloves garlic 2 pk bay leaves 4 pk whole allspice 4 pk whole black pepper 190 g tomato puree to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little potatoes cooked in the skin, according to the number of boarders 2 handfuls mushrooms dried

Place the sterilized cabbage, bay leaf, whole black peppercorns, whole allspice in a larger pot along with the sausage and the dried mushrooms that we have washed.

Cover with water and boil until tender, meanwhile make a roux of lard and plain flour. Finally, add the ground red sweet paprika to the roux, stir.

Let cool and then dilute with water, pour the dressing into the cabbage, add tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste. Remove the cooked sausage from the soup, chop and place back into the soup.

Stir well, boil for a while, season with pressed garlic and serve with potatoes that we cooked in the skin 🙂
