Cabbage soup with potatoes

120 g sauerkraut 200 g potatoes mushrooms 250 ml of milk onion 25 g of plain flour 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp butter chives cumin salt

Peel and finely chop the onion

Wash the cabbage according to the acidity and cut into smaller pieces.

Peel the peanuts and cut into smaller pieces.
4.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the flour with the onion until golden brown. Add the cabbage, potatoes and season with cumin. Simmer until the potatoes are softened.
5.
Before bringing the soup to the boil, pour in the milk and boil again.
6.
Temper the hot soup with butter and salt. Before serving, garnish with chopped chives.
