Cabbage soup with pork belly

ingredients

1/2 kg sauerkraut 1/4 kg smoked brisket 150 g potatoes 1 liter water 5 pcs whole black pepper 30 g lard 1 pk onion to taste salt 1 pk bay leaf 1 KL ground red pepper to taste ground cumin

procedure

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in lard in a pressure cooker, add the paprika, diced pork belly, cabbage, salt, cumin, bay leaf, peppercorns and water. Close the pot. Once boiling, reduce the heat and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes. 2. Then remove the pot from the heat, let it cool, open it, put it back on the stove and add the grated cleaned raw potatoes to the cabbage and boil for a few more minutes.
