Cabbage soup with noodles

250 g pork shoulder 200 ml sauerkraut water 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 handful dried mushrooms 4 pk whole black peppercorns 1 pk bay leaf pinches salt 150 g sauerkraut 100 g sausage pinches ground black pepper pinches marjoram 150 g wide noodles 1 pk carrots

step

1. Cut the pork into strips and put the carrots in a saucepan, cover with the water from the sauerkraut, add 1.2 litres of water and bring to the boil. Add the onion, chopped garlic, soaked mushrooms, allspice, bay leaf, salt and cook over medium heat until semi-soft. 2. Add chopped cabbage, washed sausage, ground black pepper and cook until tender. Remove the sausage, cut into rounds and put back in. Season with marjoram, add the cooked pasta and serve.
