Cabbage soup with mushrooms

ingredients

200 g celery 1.5 litres water 100 g fresh mushrooms 40 g onion 20 g lard 20 g butter 20 g plain flour 10 g butter 1.5 dl milk to taste salt

procedure

1. Clean and chop the mushrooms and cook them and the onion until soft. 2. Remove the onions, add the mashed celery, the lard and flour, the roasted pork, salt and cook together. Stir in the butter and add the hot milk.
