Cabbage soup with mushrooms

ingredients

1/2 kg sauerkraut 300 g potatoes 30 g dried mushrooms 1/2 litre sour cream 30 g plain flour to taste water to taste salt

step

1. Soak the mushrooms before cooking and cook with the cabbage. Add the chopped potatoes and bring to the boil. 2. Stir the flour into the cream, pour into the soup, season with salt as needed and bring to a simmer.
