Cabbage Soup with Beef

Familiar soup recipe from Russia and Ukraine.

Ingredients:

250 g green 150 gcooked beef 10 g smooth flour 10 g butter 1.2 l stock 3 pcs peppercorns 2 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs dill (parsley) 1 pcs onion 1 pk leek 1/2 pk

td>bean leaf piece of celery a piece of carrot salt

Procedure:

1. Put the sliced carrots, celery, onion and leek into the boiling broth, add the spices and cook on a small flame under the lid for about 10 minutes
2. Then strain the broth, add the cabbage cut into squares, steamed, peeled and sliced tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes
