300 g sauerkraut 1 pk smoked sausage 1 cup red beans 10 g dried mushrooms 2 pk carrots 1 KL ground red pepper 1 pk onion a little oil to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Soak the beans overnight in cold water and boil them. Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil. Dust with ground paprika, add the washed cabbage and dried mushrooms. 2. Pour water over everything, stir, season with salt and cook covered. Add the beans cooked until semi-soft to the cabbage along with the sliced sausage and carrots. Season the cabbage with salt and pepper and cook until tender.
