Cabbage soup with bacon recipe

Ingredients

5 servings 300 g shredded cabbage 100 g English bacon or VĂ¡ halova… 30 g of plain flour nutmeg flower pinch of salt ground pepper 1 l of broth approximately chives or parsley

Recipe preparation

1 Fry the chopped bacon in a piece of my salt or a little oil. If it is very browned , we will need as little fat as possible. 2 Add the shredded cabbage to the fried bacon and fry until wilted. Towards the end of the frying, add the chopped garlic and dill, sprinkle with flour, fry some more and pour in the stock (3/4 – 1 l, depending on the thickness of the soup you want).

3 While the cabbage is boiling and until tender, salt and pepper the soup to taste.
