Thick lunch soup prepared from the broth left after cooking smoked meat, cabbage, onion, oatmeal, garlic and spices.

1. Take the lard from the cooled broth and fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in it
2. Add the chopped cabbage, pour in the broth, salt it carefully, the smoked broth is usually salty and season with pepper, grated or pressed garlic
3. Add the oatmeal, cook all at once, on low heat until tender
4. Season the finished soup to taste and serve.
